Hey! It’s been a while since I have posted anything on my blog, but I wanted to let you know that I am still here 🙂 , and I am available to:

• provide assessments

• educational consulting

• educational coaching

• tutoring (reading and writing, general academic topics for grades K-6)

What are my qualifications? I’m glad you asked! I have:

• a BS of Education

• taught for over 35 years

• trained and tutored in Orton Gillingham methods

• tutored both privately and for Rooted in Language

What have I been doing? I have been busy with a variety of things this year. I have met with moms to discuss curricula, helped with transcripts, and also have been tutoring. It has been a slower pace than before the regulations changed to not require families to have assessments, but perhaps I needed that. While I do enjoy having the summer being less hectic, I very much miss seeing families and progress the children made the previous year. It has been my joy and privilege to be a part of so many people’s home school journey and be an encourager and support.
